Terms & Conditions for registration to our classes & Activities
Sagol art studio/Lavender print ltd /Liron Moyal is a Childmainder registered with ofsted. You can find us on ofsted website. We are holding an Enhanced DBS inclouding with anyone that works with us to keep children in the best safe. We are providing childminder services and art activities for childrens aged 0-15 years Sagol art studio is a trading name of Lavender print Limited company number 10860773. And are operated by Liron Moyal. The Terms and Conditions below apply to Sagol art studio/ lavender print Ltd After School Art Clubs, Workshops and Courses/Holiday Courses. By making a booking, customers are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

Paying with Child vouchers & free tax childcare
Yes! you can pay for our services with Free tax childcare & Child Vouchers.
To make a payment with Free tax childcare & Child Vouchers
you will need to use the code you have given with your Confirmation of booking payment
invoice and a PDF file with the full instruction and codes.
please contact us if you need any more details about it.
If you pay by Tax-free childcare or Child Vouchers it can take a couple of days to improve the payment.
Regarding that please apply soon as possible. and we will hold your place up to 7 days from the confirmation Booking.

Cancellation & refunds
After a booking has been made the customer has a cooling off period of 3 working days to make a cancellation. To cancel a booking customer must email to:

A full refund will be provided in the form of a cheque if the request is made within 3 days of the initial booking.
If for any reason a session is cancelled by Sagol art studio/Lavender print LTD, for example, due to the tutor's illness, then a refund for that session will be issued with a voucher for another season of classes in future. (booking fees online cannot be refunded or given back as vouchers.
If the venue decides to cancel a session after bookings have been taken, then a refund will not be issued. We cannot offer a refund or catch-up session for a class missed by a student/child as a result of illness or holiday or any other reason.
