We are holding an Enhanced DBS in clouding with anyone who works with us to keep children safe.
We also ensure that we are up-to-date with our safeguarding Certificate at all times.
Terms & Conditions contract
By booking an art session with us, all clients, schools, venues and parents acknowledge and agree to these terms during the registration process and by booking any art activity with us.

1. Bookings and Payment
Bookings can be made via our website, by emailing info.lavendeprint@gmail.com, or by phone.
This information is displayed on the website contact page along with the emergency contact number for Liron Moyal, 020-37238512
The parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring all information provided for a booking is correct.
This must include:
● The student/child’s full name and age
● The parents'/guardians' current postal address, email address and emergency contact numbers
● Any detailed information on any allergies, medical conditions, special educational needs or behaviour issues of the student/child attending the Lavender print art studio / Lavender print Ltd- After-School Club, Workshop or Course/Holiday Course.
Full payment is required when booking and can be made via bank transfer, cheque or cash. Places are only secure upon receipt of full payment.
Payment with Bank transfer
A one-off trial session can be offered to new clients for our term-time After-School Clubs or Holiday workshop events, provided we are not fully booked and have the space to accommodate them.
Price can be changed at any time, and you will be updated and informed of any changes by email.
2. Art activities /Holiday/ Camps and Courses
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all Holiday Camps and Courses and can be made via bank transfer, cheque or cash. Places are only secure upon receipt of full payment.
For an after-school club, Workshop or Course/Holiday Course that becomes fully booked, customers can be placed on a waiting list. The waiting list is for that specific After School Club, Workshop, Course/Holiday Course only as per the dates on the website booking page flyers or promotional material, it is not a reservation for a subsequent After School Club, Workshop, Course/Holiday Course.
Bookings will typically open 6 weeks before the term starts.
Will be promoted on our website: www.lavenderprint.com via Media factbook page, email, flyers and other promotional material.
Please get in touch with us by phone, and we will also advertise via email.
Full payment for the term Registration must be provided 14 days before the term starts.
Regular Clients Who Want to Renew Bookings
Booking information will be communicated first to our regular clients/parents/guardians through emails, media or any flyers and promotional material we send.
This re-booking facility will be open to our regular clients/parents/guardians for a period of 6 weeks before the period starts. The deposit and the remaining fee must be received/paid no later than one month before the start of the coming term.
When this 2-week booking period has elapsed, bookings will be opened to all on a first-come, first-served basis and/or offered to new and waiting list clients.
Drop off at our After School Clubs, Workshops and Courses/Holiday Courses
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to drop off their child at the class with Lavender print art studio / Lavender print LTD -After school Art club, Workshop, or course/holiday course, and on time.
If a parent/guardian wishes for their child to be dropped off by someone else, then it is their responsibility to inform Lavender print Ltd either by email, phone, or text.

Collecting your child from our After School Clubs, Workshops, Courses/and Holiday Courses
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to collect their child from the Lavender print art studio / Lavender print Ltd- After-School Art Club, Workshop or Course/Holiday Course on time. If the parent/guardian wishes for their child to be collected by someone else, then it is their responsibility to inform Lavender Print Art Studio / Lavender print Ltd either by email, phone or text. If a parent/guardian has arranged with Lavender Print Art Studio/Lavender print Ltd for a student/child to be collected from a School, they must provide the following information:
● The student/child’s full name
● The student/child’s class number/detail
● The parent/guardian must inform the School that Lavender print Art Studio/Lavender print LTD –
The art teacher, Liron Moyal, will be collecting the student/child directly from the class/waiting class.
● The Parent/guardian must provide an emergency contact number
Please let us know if you are late picking up your child from the activity, and it's your own responsibility to let us know.
For late pick-up times, there will not be an extra charge for late pick-up until 15 minutes after that fee may be applied; however, this can be changed at any time in future, and we will inform you about any changes in advance.
3. PICK UP from school Service (if applicable)
We can provide service to pick up your child from school and ensure he goes straight to the art class at our studio until the pickup time.
We pick up your child from school by car or on foot and register them at our company.
Depending on the age of your child, they will be secure in our car with a booster seat or a car seat chair for the drive.
It is your responsibility to announce the school for the pickup.
If your child is not attending school on the pickup day for the art class you are committed to announcing to Liron Moyal /Lavender Print Art studio-Lavender Print LTD if there is no need to pick up your child, please let us know as soon as you can and before the class start atlas in 2 hours.
This service has been arranged to pick up your child on time if you request it. To be safe and to avoid any inconvenience to anyone, please let us know as soon as possible.
By agreeing to these terms & conditions, you agree to this section and commit to these requests.
In some cases, this service can be changed, and prices can be increased at any time. However, we will announce it by letting the client know in advance, 4 weeks before changes happen.
4. Cancellations and Refunds for our Art services
Cancellations and Refunds
After a booking has been made, the customer has a 7-day cooling-off period to cancel.
To cancel a booking, the customer must email info.lavenderprint@gmail.com
If the request is made within 7 days of the initial booking, a full refund will be provided using the same payment method.
If, for any reason, a session is cancelled by Lavender Print Art Studio/Lavender print LTD, for example, due to the tutor's illness, then a replacement class will be provided.
If a session is cancelled by the school or venue, or due to external circumstances unrelated to
Liron Moyal/LAVENDER PRINT LTD, regarding any of our services, it will not be refunded and will still be considered billable.
The client will be responsible for missed classes that were cancelled for reasons outside of Lavender Print Ltd's control.
The responsibility for cancellation lies with the venue, school, or client, and not with Lavender Print LTD Art Studio.
We cannot provide a refund or a catch-up session for any class that a student missed due to illness, holiday, or any other reason related to their own circumstances.
By booking an art session with us, Clients/parents acknowledge and agree to these terms during the registration process and by booking any art activity with us.
If you request to cancel our services at your venue, school, or in our studio via phone, email, or text, you will receive a confirmation email.
Payments that have already been made cannot be refunded or cancelled, and cancellation is only applicable for the next cycle.
Cancellation for Subscription payment for Art classes:
Parents who subscribed via rolling payments can cancel their subscription with at least two weeks’ notice prior to the next billing cycle. Payments that have already been made cannot be refunded or cancelled, and cancellation is only applicable for the next cycle.
Birthday parties and events-
Online booking -
You have a 24-hour cooling-off period after your final payment has been made to cancel your event and receive a full refund. After this period, refunds can't be issued.
If you have made your final payment, you can cancel your event on that same day.
However, no refunds will be issued.
Bank Transfer -
We require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price to secure your booking date.
The balance is then payable 5 days before the event date.
Art parties Terms:
If you cancel your event after the final payment has been made.
No worries…

However, no refunds will be issued.

After your request to cancel our services at your venue, school, or in our studio via phone, email, or text, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. COVID-19: If the session is delayed because of any changes with COVID-19 Guides, the class will be rescheduled for the following dates, which are possible to reopen again.
Please note:
If the venue is cancelled by COVID-19 or curtailed within the first two days of announcements, we will provide full credit for a future booking or art kit supplies.
If your cancellation for the term is made after this period, we will not, unfortunately, be able to provide a credit or refund.
If the venue wishes to cancel their booking, a refund will not be issued
And we will be giving a kind option of credit for a future booking or art kit supplies as a voucher of 30% back from the booking cost, for further classes, holiday camps, or Art kit supplies from our shop.
If the venue decides to cancel a session after bookings have been taken, then a refund will not be issued, but we will offer you a catch-up session if Lavender Print Ltd desires only.
We cannot and will not provide a refund or catch-up session for a class a student/child missed because of illness or holiday.
6. Expectations of Behaviour
Lavender Print Art Studio/Lavender print LTD After-School Clubs, Workshops, Courses, and Holiday Courses are fully inclusive, fun, and safe.
It is imperative that all students/children attending Lavender Print Art Studio / Lavender print LTD- After School Clubs, Workshops and Courses/Holiday Courses behave in an acceptable and safe manner as deemed by the class or workshop tutor/s.
Any concerns about behaviour will be brought to the parents'/guardians’ attention whenever possible at the end of the session in person, by phone, or by email at the earliest convenience.
Lavender print Ltd has the sole discretion to decide if an individual's behaviour is unacceptable, and in these instances, the place will be cancelled, and the parent/guardian will be given notice in writing. Cancellations as a result of unacceptable behaviour are not entitled to a refund but may be considered on an individual basis.
Clothing and Personal Property
Lavender Print Art Studio/Lavender Print Ltd tutors will do their best to ensure that your child’s clothing is protected from the art materials used; however, we have no responsibility for any damage to your child’s clothing before, during, or after any of our sessions.
We advise that you provide an apron or that your child wear old clothing items. All personal property is the responsibility of the participants, and expensive or treasured items should not be brought to Lavender Print Art Studio/Lavender print Ltd- After School Clubs, Workshops or Courses/Holiday Courses. 7. Meals and Snacks
Parents/Guardians are advised to provide their own water-based drinks and a lunchbox/Snacks if needed for the students attending Lavenderprint art studio/Lavender Print Ltd- After-School Art Clubs, Workshops and Courses/Holiday Courses, with the student/child’s name clearly labelled and if the permesis of the art class is allowed. It will be on the parents' responsibility.

8. Registering for Art Workshop Summer Camp
We are providing Camps all year round on Holidays, Amazing Special art workshop projects
We are not fully booked and do not have the space to accommodate.
The booking period has elapsed, and bookings will be opened to all on a first-come, first-served basis and/or offered to new and waiting list clients.
The booking period for the camp starts one month & two weeks before the camp starts
And the deposit and the remaining fee must be received/paid no later than one month before the start of the coming term.
9. Photos and videos
We will occasionally take photographs and video footage of you and your children. We sometimes use such images to promote Lavender Print Ltd's art studio services.
Please inform us immediately if you do not wish us to use such images and footage this way.
By signing the registration form without informing us that you do not wish your child to be photographed or filmed, you consent to our use of images and footage in our publicity materials.
10. Concerns or Complaints
Lavender Print Art Studio/Lavender print Ltd tutor/s who deliver After School Art Clubs, Workshops and Courses/Holiday Courses are DBS checked and have experience working with early learning, primary, secondary, BA and MA students. Lavende Print Art Studio/Lavender print Ltd is covered by public liability insurance. Any concerns or issues regarding any services provided by Lavender Print Art Studio/Lavender print Ltd

We provide childminder services and art activities for children aged 0-16.
Lavender Print Art Studio is a trading name of Lavender print Limited.
Liron Moyal has operated them since 2017.
