Art classes:
After a booking has been made the customer has a cooling off period of 7 working days to make a cancellation. To cancel a booking customer must email Sagolartstudio@gmail.com soon as possible.
And a full refund will be provided in the form of a cheque if the request is made within 7 days of the initial booking.
We ask for a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 30% of the total price to secure your booking date.
The balance is then payable 5 days before the event date.

You have a cooling period of 24 hours before the event date for the cancellation of the balance to be refunded.
Refund for the balance you paid (not the deposit) will be back in your bank in between 3-7 days depending on your bank
All cancellations after 24 hours before the event date will not be refunded.
