Cancellations and Refunds

Booking & Cancellation Policy at Lavender print Art Studio

Cooling-Off Period
After a booking is made, customers have a 24-hour cooling-off period to cancel.

To cancel, customers must email info.lavenderprint@gmail.com or submit our Cancellation Form (link provided).

If the request is made within the 24-hour cooling-off period, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method.

Cancellations by Lavender Print Art Studio / Lavender Print Ltd

If a session is cancelled by us—whether due to tutor illness or any other internal reason—a refund for that session will be issued, or a replacement class will be offered.

Cancellations by Schools, Venues, or External Circumstances

If a session is cancelled by a school, a venue, or for reasons beyond our control, it will not be refunded and will still be considered billable.

Clients are responsible for any missed classes resulting from cancellations by the venue or external circumstances unrelated to Lavender Print Ltd.

The responsibility for such cancellations lies with the venue or client, not with the provider.

Missed Classes by Students

We cannot offer refunds, credits, or catch-up sessions for classes missed due to:
   •    Illness
   •    Holidays
   •    Personal circumstances
   •    Any reason unrelated to Lavender Print Ltd

Acknowledgement of Terms

By booking any art session or activity with us, clients/parents acknowledge and accept these terms as part of the registration and booking process.

If you request to cancel our services (at your venue, school, or in our studio) by phone, email, or text, you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.

One-Off Events, Pubs & Venue Event Bookings

Booking Requirements
One-off events (such as art parties, workshops, or special venue events) must be booked at least 14 days in advance to allow enough time for preparation and planning.

Unless we agree with others on the possibility of last-minute event booking, if available.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel a one-off event within 24 hours of making the booking.
If the cancellation request is made within this 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Cancellations made after the 24-hour period are non-refundable, regardless of the reason, unless the event is cancelled by Lavender Print Art Studio / Lavender Print Ltd.
If the cancellation is from our end, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date will be offered.

Subscription Plan Policy

Applies to Art Classes, Art Clubs, and Venue Events (Artist Elements / Funky Artist / Golden Art Club)

Cancellation Process
If you are enrolled in a subscription plan, your cancellation will be processed 14 days after your request has been approved. After this 14-day period, your payments will officially stop, and no further charges will be taken.

After you submit your cancellation request, we aim to respond within 24–48 hours with a confirmation and the official cancellation date.

Payments & Refunds
Please note: any payments already made for classes that fall within the 14-day cancellation period are non-refundable. This includes full-term payments or individual class payments already paid.
Only the next scheduled payment will be cancelled once the 14-day period is completed.

Price Changes
We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. If prices change, you will receive an email notification. New prices take effect immediately and are managed directly through our system.
