Art Party Information Thank you for your interest in our Art Party experience! Here’s everything you need to know: 🖌️ Duration & Setup Our Art Party includes 1 hour of creative art activities – you get to choose the specific art event you’d like. We will arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up the table and materials. 📅 Booking Your Party Please choose your preferred date and time. If available, you can reserve it now. To secure your date, a 30% deposit is required today. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event date. ⸻ Add More Children to Your Package You can add additional children to your booking for £12 per child. Add-ons must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Please send us a message via WhatsApp: +44 7838 030944 ⸻ 🎨 Optional Extras • Large A3 Graffiti Boards: £45 for every 10 children • If you add more children after including the A3 board, each additional child is £4.50 extra (for A3 board use). Let us know if you have any questions about these extras. All extras must be confirmed at least 7 days before your final payment. This allows you to: • Add any extras • Adjust the number of children attending ⸻ 💳 Final Payment Details Final payment is due 5 days before your party date. This allows you to: •Your Booking will be Completed & Confirm your booking with no further changes or cancellations Final Payment is by Bank Transfer ⸻ 🚫 Cancellations & Refund Policy If your event is cancelled within 5 days of the party date, all payments are non-refundable. This policy ensures commitment from both sides and allows us to properly prepare for your event. Mosaic Extras: If you want to create the activity on other materials to make it more special, We offer the unique extra option: Mosaic on Acrylic glass sheets with a frame Or on glass Jar- additional charge of £20 per 10 children.
