THE PERSON BEHIND THE ART
Liron Moyal has been working across art and design since 2009 — but she doesn't think of that time as a career built one qualification at a time. She thinks of it as one long, continuous exploration of what creativity can do.
She's the artist behind a commissioned memory painting, the designer behind a brand, the teacher behind a child's first confident brushstroke, and — increasingly — the person behind a room of strangers who leave a workshop having made something together.
What she loves most is the moment an idea becomes something you can actually see and hold. The moment someone who says "I can't draw" makes something they're proud of. The unexpected turn a workshop takes when people start creating side by side. That's the thread that runs through everything she does.

ART THAT CONNECTS PEOPLE
Teaching isn't an add-on to Liron's art — it's part of the same practice.
For over a decade she's worked with children, families, schools, and adults, building a teaching philosophy around one belief: creativity isn't reserved for people who already call themselves "artists." Her classes and workshops have covered painting, drawing, acrylics, watercolour, pastels, printmaking, fabric art, tie-dye, clay, mosaic, and graffiti-inspired technique — not because variety is the goal, but because different materials unlock different kinds of confidence.
Parents describe her as patient, encouraging, and able to build real artistic ability alongside real confidence — and that combination is exactly what she's aiming for: a space where making mistakes is safe, and being proud of what you've made is the whole point.
This is also where Liron's practice is evolving — through community art and workshops that use creativity as a way to build connection, confidence, and wellbeing, not just skill.
LAVENDER PRINT
Lavender Print isn’t a separate company Liron happens to run - it’s the world that’s grown around her creative practice.
It started the way most of Liron’s work starts: with a single creative idea she wanted to explore. Over time, that grew into a name - Lavender Print - that now holds everything: original artwork, personalised commissions, designed products, art classes, workshops, and community projects, all coming from the same creative source.
Based in Whetstone and Totteridge, North London, Lavender Print has grown roots in its local community - running weekly classes and holiday camps for children and adults, working with local schools, and building a small but loyal following of people who come back year after year, some watching their own children grow up through Liron’s classes.
The shop side of Lavender Print - prints, mugs, personalised clothing, and gifts - carries Liron’s own artwork out into people’s everyday lives. Every product starts as a piece of her art before it becomes something you can wear, drink from, or hang on a wall. That’s deliberate: Lavender Print was never meant to be a generic gift shop with nice designs on it. It’s a way for Liron’s actual creative practice to reach people who might never commission a painting, but still want a piece of that world in their home.
And the classes, workshops, and community projects are just as much “Lavender Print” as the shop and the artwork -proof that, for Liron, a business isn’t separate from an artistic practice. It’s simply what happens when that practice is shared with other people.
A painting, a designed product, a children’s art class, and a community workshop can all start in exactly the same place: an idea Liron wanted to explore.
ART EDUCATOR: TEACHING, WORKSHOPS & CREATIVE WELLBEING

Teaching is not a side note to Liron’s art - for over a decade it’s been one of the clearest expressions of it.
Her work as an educator now spans an unusually wide range of people and settings, all grounded in the same belief: creativity is not reserved for those who already call themselves “artists.”
Children & Families:
Weekly classes, school clubs (including Alma Primary School), holiday camps, and private sessions for children aged 5 and up — covering painting, drawing, mosaic, clay, graffiti-inspired technique, and more. Art birthday parties turn that same teaching into a celebration: hands-on projects, fun materials, and structured guidance that still leaves room for each child’s own imagination.

CHILDREN’S ART PARTIES & EVENTS
For Liron, a children’s art party isn’t a service she offers on the side - it’s a celebration built the same way her art is: around imagination, colour, and a genuine love of watching someone create something they’re proud of.
Designed for birthdays, school celebrations, and special occasions, every party is hands-on from start to finish. Liron brings the guidance, the materials, and the structure - so parents can relax and children get to be the ones creating, not just watching. Sessions welcome children roughly aged 5 to 16, and no two parties look quite the same, because the activity is shaped around the celebration, not the other way round.

Every party is structured enough that no child is left wondering what to do next, but open enough that each one walks away with something that’s genuinely their own — not a copy of a template, but their own version of it. That balance — enough guidance to feel confident, enough freedom to feel proud — is the same philosophy that runs through all of Liron’s teaching.
Parties can be hosted at Liron’s studio in Whetstone, North London, or brought to a location of your choice, and are as suited to a small family gathering as they are to a full school celebration.
The result: a party where the “activity” isn’t a distraction from the celebration — it is the celebration. Children leave with a piece of art they made themselves, and a birthday memory that’s a little more colourful than the usual.

Adults & Celebrations:
Liron also designs art events built specifically for adults - evening painting workshops, mixed-media sessions, and themed creative nights in community spaces and even pubs. These give grown-ups the same permission children get in her classes: to relax, experiment, and make something without judgement, whether it’s a birthday, a get-together with friends, or just a reason to do something different.

Art & Yoga: A signature two-hour session combining both practices in sequence: one hour of yoga, followed by an hour of art-making - timed deliberately so that the creative half begins exactly when participants are at their most relaxed.
That state becomes the starting point for the artwork itself:
Whatever emotional release the yoga brings is carried straight onto the paper or canvas. It’s less a class than a single, continuous experience - movement and stillness leading into colour and mark-making.

Corporate & Team Events:
For workplaces, Liron runs tailored corporate art workshops and team-building sessions that combine hands-on creativity with collaborative exercises - designed to strengthen communication, lift morale, and spark a different kind of thinking than the usual meeting room.

Community & Wellbeing:
This is where Liron’s teaching becomes something more than a class. Specialised community workshops — often run in partnership with care homes, senior centres, and wellbeing organisations — use art as a tool for mental health, emotional expression, and personal growth.

Across all of it - a five-year-old’s first brushstroke, a Yoga & Art participant setting down a brush still catching their breath, an office team building something together, a senior rediscovering confidence through paint — Liron’s teaching rests on the same idea her art does: that creativity, given the right space, can help anyone express something they didn’t have the words for.
GRAPHIC DESIGN & WEB DESIGN
Design is one of the languages Liron has spoken longest and most fluently. For over 15 years, she has worked professionally across graphic design and web design - building visual identities, branding, promotional artwork, product graphics, and complete web design projects for businesses and individuals alike.
This isn’t a technical add-on to her art - it’s the same creative instinct applied to a different kind of canvas. Where a painting starts with a memory or a feeling, a brand or a website starts with a different question: how does this idea need to look, move, and feel in order to communicate clearly and beautifully?
15+ years of answering that question professionally has given Liron a sharp, disciplined eye that flows directly back into her fine art - an understanding of composition, hierarchy, colour, and how people actually experience a visual space, whether that space is a canvas, a page, or a screen.
WHAT'S NEXT
Liron's practice isn't finished — it's still moving.
Right now, that means deeper work in mosaic, more community- and participation-based art, creative workshops focused on wellbeing and confidence, and new collaborations still taking shape.
