Art Party Information Thank you for your interest in our Art Party experience! Here’s everything you need to know: 🖌️ Duration & Setup Our Art Party includes 1 hour of creative art activities – you get to choose the specific art event you’d like. We will arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up the table and materials. 📅 Booking Your Party This party pack is for 30 kids Please choose your preferred date and time. If available, you can reserve it now. To secure your date, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event date. ⸻ After your booking : Add More Children to Your Package You can add additional children to your booking for £12 per child. Add-ons must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Please send us a message via WhatsApp: +44 7838 030944 ⸻ 🎨 Optional Extras • Large A3 Canvas: £45 for every 10 children • If you add more children after including the A3 Size Canvas, each additional child is £4.50 extra (for A3 board use). Let us know if you have any questions about these extras. All extras must be confirmed at least 7 days before your final payment. This allows you to: • Add any extras • Adjust the number of children attending ⸻ 💳 Final Payment Details Final payment is due 5 days before your party date by Bank Transfer This allows you to: • Completed & Confirm your booking. ⸻ Cancellations & Refund Policy If your event is cancelled within 5 days of the party date,You can reschedule it to the next available date.
