Art Party Information Thank you for your interest in our Art Party experience! Here’s everything you need to know: 🖌️ Duration & Setup Our Art Party includes 1 hour of creative art activities – you get to choose the specific art event you’d like. We will arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up the table and materials. 📅 Booking Your Party This Pack is for 10 kids included all materials and equipments. Please choose your preferred date and time, If available you can reserve it now. To secure your date, a £70 deposit is required today. (This is 30% of your selected party package total.) The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event date. ⸻ 👧 Add More Children to Your Package You can add additional children to your booking for £12 per child. Add-ons of extra must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Please send us a message via WhatsApp: +44 7838 030944 if you need to add more kids from your booking. ⸻ 🎨 Optional Extras • Change to a Large A3 Canvas: £45 for every 10 children • If you add more children after including the A3 Canvas, each additional child is £4.50 extra Let us know if you have any questions about these extras. All extras must be confirmed at least 7 days before your final payment. ⸻ 💳 Final Payment Details Final payment is due 5 days before your party date- by Bank Transfer. This allows you to: • Add any extras • Adjust the number of children attending • Confirm your booking. ⸻ Cancellations & Refund Policy If your event is cancelled within 5 days of the party date,You can reschedule it to the next available date. If you pay in full or deposit - all payments are non-refundable. however you can use this booking to any other time date suit you and if available. This policy ensures commitment from both sides and allows us to properly prepare for your event.
