Art Party Information Thank you for your interest in our Art Party experience! Here’s everything you need to know: 🖌️ Duration & Setup Our Art Party includes 1 hour of creative art activities – you get to choose the specific art event you’d like. We will arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up the table and materials. 📅 Booking Your Party Please choose your preferred date and time. If available, you can reserve it now. To secure your date, a £78 deposit is required today. (This is 30% of your selected party package total.) The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event date. ⸻ 👧 Add More Children to Your Package You can add additional children to your booking for £12 per child. Add-ons must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Please send us a message via WhatsApp: +44 7838 030944 ⸻ 🎨 Optional Extras • Large A3 Graffiti Boards: £40 for every 10 children • If you add more children after including the A3 board, each additional child is £4.50 extra (for A3 board use). Let us know if you have any questions about these extras. All extras must be confirmed at least 7 days before your final payment. ⸻ 💳 Final Payment Details Final payment is due 5 days before your party date. This allows you to: • Add any extras • Adjust the number of children attending • Confirm your booking with no further changes or cancellations Final Payment is by Bank Transfer ⸻ 🚫 Cancellations & Refund Policy If your event is cancelled within 5 days of the party date, all payments are non-refundable. This policy ensures commitment from both sides and allows us to properly prepare for your event. If you cancel more than 5 days before the event: • No final payment is required • However, please note that the £78 deposit is non-refundable ⸻ "Basic Art party pack" activity projects include: Painting on A4 Canvas (Acrylic/watercolour with your chosen subject or mix of a variety of art Ideas samples) Art & Craft complete table materials with a variety of activities to create freestyle Willow wood Art on canvas Paper mache art Mix Abstract Crafts projects Chalk Pastel colour painting on black canvas/paper/board Jigsaw Puzzles hard board shaped- painting project Please Note to book your event now will be £5 booking charge to your chosen and its include in the total price
Cancellation Policy
ART CLASSES POLICY: After a booking has been made the customer has a cooling off period of 7 working days to make a cancellation before the service has been done. if you have any questions please do not assist to contact Liron By Whatsapp at 07838030944 or By email info.lavenderprint@gmail.com Art classes : If you would like to cancel your booking or subscription please contact us for more details , cancellation can be made only at the end of etch term ends. and no longer then 2 weeks before the end dates of the term. Art parties and events : We ask for a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 30% of the total price to secure your booking date. The balance is then payable 5 days before the event date. Terms: If you cancel your event after the final payment has been made. No worries… You have a cooling period of 24 hours before the event date and time days for the cancellation for the balance to be refunded. Refunds for the balance you paid (not the deposit) will be back in your bank in between 3-7 days depending on your bank. All cancellations after 24 hours before the event date will not be refunded. please let us know soon as possible. To cancel a booking to receive a refund - customer must email info.lavenderprint@gmail.com soon & before the 7 days period.
