Payments that have already been made cannot be refunded or cancelled, and cancellation is only applicable for the next cycle. Cancellation Policy
ART CLASSES POLICY: After a booking has been made the customer has a cooling off period of 7 working days to make a cancellation before the service has been done. if you have any questions please do not assist to contact Liron By Whatsapp at 07838030944 or By email info.lavenderprint@gmail.com Art classes : If you would like to cancel your booking or subscription please contact us for more details , cancellation can be made only at the end of etch term ends. and no longer then 2 weeks before the end dates of the term. Art parties and events : We ask for a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 30% of the total price to secure your booking date. The balance is then payable 5 days before the event date. Terms: If you cancel your event after the final payment has been made. No worries… You have a cooling period of 24 hours before the event date and time days for the cancellation for the balance to be refunded. Refunds for the balance you paid (not the deposit) will be back in your bank in between 3-7 days depending on your bank. All cancellations after 24 hours before the event date will not be refunded. please let us know soon as possible. To cancel a booking to receive a refund - customer must email info.lavenderprint@gmail.com soon & before the 7 days period.
